∆∆ : 11 Product codes can be classified as fixed-end AK, BK, FK, LK and supported-end AF, BF, EF, FF, LF, LFA
○○ : Nominal size of bearing bore. There are 2 digit and the unit are in millimeters(mm). e.g. 30 refers to diameter 30mm, and 35 means diameter 35 mm. The nominal diameter of the supported-end refers to the nominal diameter opposite to the fixed-end; the inner diameter of the supported end is equal to or smaller than nominal diameter.
☐ : Bearing type. Blank refers to standard production which uses a 30 degree angular contact bearing. On shaft diameter over 20mm, a 40 degree angular contact bearing is available. Nominal diameter of 35mm and 40 mm require higher radial loading and are only offered with the 40 degree angular contact bearing.
C3 : There are 3 precision classes C3, C5 and C7. It is suggested to use C3 support with a C3 ballscrew, and C5 ballscrew can be used with C3 or C5 support units, which enable the support units precision to match the ballscrews preicsion. C7 ball screws should only be used with C7 support units.
♢ : There are 2 types of surface tratments availavble: blackening and nickel plating. Black refers to blackening which is HIWIN standard. N refers to nickel plating. which is manufactured by order.
