Product description
The bypass filter systems of series NFF2 are robust bypass units for the mobile use at hydraulic and lubrication systems with large oil quantities.
Function The operating filtration in the bypass is common method to keep the hydraulic fluid at a certain level of cleanliness. The combination of pump and appropriately rated filter circulates the oil independent from the overall system under constant conditions and unloads the filters in the main flow of the system in this way. These bypass filters also operate when no oil is transported in the main system.
The Settima pumps used in the NFF2 work in the required low-pressure range in an energy-efficient and silent manner.
The robust processing and the upstream protective pump filter ensure a long life cycle. Here, contamination which has been sucked in unintendedly and which would otherwise lead to an immediate failure of the unit is held back.
